On Literary Value of the Incomplete Copy of Lushan Ji in the Si Ku Quan Shu

Abstract

Abstract:

Although it is incomplete, especially compared with the complete copies in Japan, the copy of Lushan Ji in the Si Ku Quan Shu has its unique value. In this copy, we can find the full text of Tour of Lushan by Huiyuan, a buddhist monk in Jin dynasty. In addition, many errors in the complete copies can be corrected and many missing words can be made up with this incomplete copy.
