Study on the Development of Private Public Library

Abstract

Abstract:

Private public library is a true platform for knowledge exchange, which bridges the information gap, enables universal and equal services for everyone and thus access to public cultural developments. Its advantage is obvious, so is the difficulty it is now facing. The paper proposes improved legislation, the
foundation of alliance, perfection of volunteering mechanism, the construction of regional support system and diverse funding channels.
