Abstract:

Library-Inside is a foundational model for AI-empowered development of new, highqualityproductive forces for libraries. It operates as an Inside-Out mechanism, which embeds “Libraryas a Service” into the real-life scenarios of users, to provide knowledge-driven services. Meanwhile, theOutside-In mechanism organizes the knowledge-related needs, activities, resources, and services of itsparent institutions or localities into the library as a platform. This dual approach transforms the libraryfrom a relatively passive knowledge system into an active, open, and integrative ecosystem of capabilities. The combination of the Inside-Out and Outside-In models facilitates the cultivation of new, high-qualityproductive forces in library services, supporting the high-quality development of society through AIempowerment and institutional empowerment.
