Analysis of the Missing Data in Readers’Satisfaction Evaluation Survey: A Case Study of Shanghai Pudong District Library

Abstract:

This paper targets at the incomplete questionnaires and analyzes the relationship between
readers’ visiting purpose, preferred library resources and the missing data, with the purpose of explaining the
occurrence (i.e., missing data) from the perspective of service management.
