Changes in Bibliographic Records Induced by the Concept of Expression and Its Attributes in RDA

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper studies the expression entity and discusses changes in bibliographic records induced by the introduction of expression and its attributes in RDA. The changes mainly are recording content type, constructing authorized access point representing works, and constructing authorized access
point representing expressions. This paper also analyzes causes and positive effects of those changes.
