Bibliographic Framework Initiative(BIBFRAME) defines specific elements for processing series. According to LC’s MARC 21 to BIBFRAME 2.0 conversion rules, and using BIBFRAME comparison tool, the paper analyzes BIBFRAME conversion methods for series, including description of the series, series titles’ access point, and construction of series relationship. PCC’s BIBFRAME differs from LC’s transformation method in terms of series description and the construction of series relationship. With the continuous development and improvement of BIBFRAME, the processing of series might change.
