摘要：

本文以SciFinder Web的主题检索为例，对数据库蕴含的信息和知识进行了深度探索。简述主题检索的适用对象和信息源CAplus和Medline，比较信息源的标引方式，归纳SciFinder Web主题检索的方法和技巧。针对后续的文献后处理功能，揭示其各自特点、应用技巧和异同，旨在提升文献检索的质量和效率，为用户进行正确选择及有效检索提供参考。

Abstract:

Taking the subject retrieval of SciFinder Web as example, the information and knowledge involved were explored in depth in this paper. The characteristics and the corresponding retrieving database of CAplus and Medline were also briefly introduced. Based on the comparison of the indexing modes of both retrieving database, the subject retrieval methods and skills of SciFinder Web were summarized and presented. With respect to the three different following references post-processing functions, the characteristics, usage and difference among the functions were discovered. This can be used as reference for enhancing retrieval quality and efficiency.
