Abstract:

Zhang Yan’s Shiyu Tupu plays an important role in Ci-poetry stave history and Ci-poetry theory history in the Ming Dynasty. Scholars’ research on its versions needs to be improved. There are 10 kinds of the versions of Zhang Yan’s Shiyu Tupu in the Ming and Qing dynasties at least after investigation.The version published in 1536 is earliest edition which should be the main basis for studying Zhang Yan’s Ci-poetry theory. Compared with the earliest edition, other versions are almost more abridged and coarse.The situation that 8 kinds of the versions in the Ming Dynasty and 2 kinds of the versions in the Qing Dynasty reflects rise and fall of Shiyu Tupu which is as a tool book for writing Ci-poems.
