Abstract:

Construction of National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project is a pioneering practice of socialist culture construction with Chinese characteristics in the digital era. It has achieved enormously in terms of digitalizing on a large scale traditional culture, developing the promoting model for
passing down traditional culture in a scientific and effective way, creating a platform for cultural innovation,and serving the grass-root people. Compared with the content development of the traditional culture public system, the construction of National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project is still in its initial
stage, and there are still many problems in the content, working mechanism, project management and so on. At present and in the future, we should firmly establish the “user awareness”, pay attention to the development in accordance to users’ needs, establish and improve the mechanism of resource construction,
increase the capacity of resources, improve the quality of resources, create service brand, and protect the people’s basic cultural rights and interests.
