摘要：
当前，只有回归公共图书馆讲座的本真属性，公共图书馆讲座才能实现服务对象由大众→听众→读者的嬗变，最终达到以讲座为手段提高馆藏文献信息资源的利用率、促进全民阅读、更好的服务和助推学习型社会建设的主要目的。

Abstract:
Only by restoring the original attributes of public lectures could public library change its target of lecture service from the general public to readers, in the hope of increasing the usage rate of library collection, of promoting public reading, and of better serving the primary goal of constructing a learning society.
