摘要： 文章对台湾地区读书会近30年的发展概况和演变路径进行分析，发现台湾地区相关主管部门提供政策与资源全力支持下的全民推广运动并不能持久，但图书馆、学校和民间团体等机构循序渐进推动的读书会则显示出强大的生命力。纵观台湾地区读书会发展的整个历程，其重点解决了以下三个关键问题：突破民间读书会发展的瓶颈、正确定位台湾相关主管部门推动读书会的角色、聚合读书会的社会推动力量。

Abstract: The article analyzes the general situation and evolution path of Taiwan’s book clubs for the past 30 years, and finds that the universal promotional campaign can’t be sustained even with the full support of policies and resources from the Taiwan authorities; rather, the book clubs operated by libraries, schools and other non-governmental organizations show great vitality. Throughout the evolution of the Taiwan book club, f inds it has made efforts to slove three problems: breaking through the development bottleneck of private book clubs, correctly positioning the role of government in promoting the book clubs, and aggregating the social forces to promote book clubs.
