摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为应对不断增长的电子资源编目工作，图书馆尝试了各种批量编目的方法和途径。本文介绍Aleph集成管理系统中的Aleph顺序格式，以及基于这种格式的批量编目功能，并结合上海交通大学图书馆的实践经验，通过应用实例分析Aleph系统与第三方软件MarcEdit在实现批量编目上的不同特点，最后拓展了Aleph批量编目功能的应用范围。

Abstract: Coping with increasing amount electronic resources cataloging, libraries have tired different batch cataloging approaches. This paper introduces the Aleph sequential format in the Integrated Library System and the batch cataloging based on the format. Drawing upon the practices of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library, the difference in batch cataloging between the Aleph system and MarcEdit, a third-party software, is analyzed by examples. Finally, the paper suggests wider application of the batch cataloging in the Aleph system.
