摘要： 本文深入分析了在当今信息技术指数级发展背景下，图书情报事业所面临的大环境和诸多挑战，通过对多家咨询机构所做的信息技术未来发展预测报告进行对比，总结出五个方面的基本判断并评估了当前所处的发展阶段，并就调研得到的35项与图书情报领域相关的未来技术及其接受程度和演变趋势进行讨论，最后提出了我国图书情报机构未来十年可能呈现的六个发展趋势。

Abstract: In an era of exponential development, library and information services have encountered a lot of big challenges. It will be disrupted by a radical change conducted by information technologies if our librarians and information specialists cannot transformed to be the disruptor. The paper analyzed several trends research reports issued by Gartner, Accenture, McKinsey, IDC, etc. and summed up with five general trends. According to a related technology list extracted from document analysis and expert interview(introduced in another paper), a big picture of the next decade for the library and information career has been drawn and discussed. Finally it concluded with six trends and policy recommendations for the Chinese library and information institutions.
