Abstract:

With the innovation and development of the society management system, more and more social organizationsparticipate in the public service areas of library. Society organizations play the roles of service provider, valuationadvocacy, resource integration, and communication platform in the public service of the library. But also are faced withsome problems, such as the legality, lack of trust and resources, insufficient capacity and other issues. To promote socialorganizations to participate in library public services, the government, libraries and social organizations should cooperatetogether.
