摘要：

金鳌山人所撰《清民两代金石书画史》一书，系未付梓之民国时期稿本。此稿本为清、民两代金石、书、画艺术家立传，记其生平仕宦、艺术成就、文学造诣等。此稿本对考证清、民两代人物生平以及著述有重要意义，更对研究清、民两代的艺术史、文学史、地方文化艺术具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:

The History of Epigraphy, Calligraphy, and Painting during the late Qing dynasty and the early Republic of China, written by Gong Fangwei(nicknamed Jin’ao Shanren), was a unpublished script. Many artists' lives of being an official, artistic achievements, literary attainments were recorded in it. This script is of dubious value not only to study the lives of many artistic personages duing the Qing dynasty and the Republic China, but also the history of arts,literature,and local culture.
