摘要/Abstract

摘要： 全球轻度老年认知症患者人数不断上升。研究表明阅读疗法对缓解轻度老年认知症有所帮助。本文基于阅读疗法的原理，明晰阅读疗法干预轻度老年认知症的指导原则，结合阅读疗法的实践领域，提出阅读疗法对轻度老年认知症患者的干预方法和路径，为阅读疗法在轻度认知症干预方面提供一定的借鉴与参考。

Abstract: The number of patients with mild elderly dementia continues to rise worldwide. Bibliotherapy has emerged as a potential intervention to alleviate mild elderly dementia. This paper explores the theoretical foundations of bibliotherapy and clarifies its guiding principles in the intervention of mild elderly dementia. Combining with the practical applications, it proposes specific intervention methods and pathways for applying bibliotherapy to elderly patients with mild dementia, providing reference and guidance for implementing bibliotherapy intervention in this field.
