摘要：

古籍整理及数字化工作近年来受到了广泛关注，在多项国家政策的推动下发展迅速。古籍整理、出版及数字化成果作为中华优秀传统文化的集中体现，服务于公共文化的作用与优势愈发凸显。采用问卷调查法，调查了古籍数字化成果公益性利用的现状及面临的问题，总结了实现古籍数字化成果公益性利用的5 个关键条件，进一步提出了针对建设国家级古籍数字化资源总平台的3 项可持续发展的策略，为古籍整理和数字化成果公益性利用和国家古籍总平台的开发建设提供一定的参考。

Abstract:

The organization and digitization of ancient books have garnered widespread attention in recent years and have rapidly advanced under the support of various national policies. The achievements in organizing, publishing, and digitizing ancient books, as an essential embodiment of China’s rich cultural heritage, increasingly demonstrate their role and advantages in promoting public cultural services. Through a questionnaire survey, this study investigates the current status and challenges in the nonprofit utilization of digital ancient books, identifies five key conditions for successful utilization, and proposes three strategies for sustainable development of a national-level ancient book digitization platform. This study provides a valuable reference for the public welfare utilization of ancient book digitization and for the development of a national platform for ancient books.
