摘要：

为了增加音乐资源检索的维度和实现音乐发现的可能性，满足用户专业性、多样性的音乐资源需求，2013 年美国音乐图书馆协会（MLA）制定发布了使用RDA 和MARC 21 最佳实践（Best Practices for Music Cataloging Using RDA and MARC 21，以下简称MLA 最佳实践），并在不断更新完善中。文章通过对MLA 最佳实践的深入解读与分析，为国内开展原版西文音乐文献描述和组织，提供目前国际上较通用的实践经验。

Abstract:

In order to increase the dimension of music resource retrieval, achieve the possibility of music discovery, and meet the professional and diverse music resource needs of users, the American Music Library Association (MLA) developed and released the Best Practices for Music Cataloging Using RDA and MARC21 in 2013. The article provides an in-depth interpretation and analysis of MLA best practices to provide examples of commonly used practices and experiences for the description and organization of original western music literature in China.
