文化遗产众包项目可持续发展的影响因素探索——结合案例分析的德尔菲研究

摘要：

近年来，随着文化遗产众包项目日益增多，可持续发展问题开始突显，并引起关注和重视。本文收集整理国内外文化遗产众包项目和相关文献，通过文献梳理和案例分析，识别影响文化遗产众包项目可持续发展的因素。在此基础上，采用德尔菲法对影响因素开展评估和判定，最终确定了包含7 个一级影响因素、15 个二级影响因素的文化遗产众包项目可持续发展影响因素框架，旨在为文化记忆机构开展文化遗产众包实践提供启示，也为未来进行文化遗产众包项目可持续发展的实证探索提供理论基础。

Abstract:

Recently, with the increasing number of cultural heritage crowdsourcing (CHC) projects,the issue of project sustainability has gradually emerged and attracted the attention of academia.First, we collected domestic and foreign CHC projects and related literature, and identified thefactors influencing the sustainability of CHC projects through literature review and case study. Wethen adopted Delphi method to evaluate and determine the influencing factors. Finally, we proposeda framework including 7 primary influencing factors and 15 secondary influencing factors for thesustainability of CHC projects. The study aims to shed light on the practice of cultural heritagecrowdsourcing in cultural memory institutions and to provide a theoretical basis for future empiricalexploration of the project sustainability.
