Abstract: After sorting out the development and evolution of “labor education thought” in the CPC’s educational policy, this paper proposes the theory of “labor education” nurtures people. It studies the design and implementation of labor education projects by library, and empirically analyzes and puts forward several strategies in the process: to pay attention to top-level planning, to integrate into the school talent training system, to improve user participation, to strengthen the construction of library and establish the consciousness of moral cultivation in library, to highlight the attributes of voluntary service and cultivate the giving culture of students, and to promote systematic construction and improve the effectiveness of scientific management.
