Abstract: management for library physical resources and electronic resources has not yet been achieved. The third-generation library service platform brings hope for the realization of integrated management of library resources. Due to its full openness and scalability, FOLIO has been accepted and expected by the global library industry. And its concept and architecture may become the development trend of the third-generation library service platform. The library resources are analyzed based on their service requirements and the different sources of their cataloging data. The paper gives suggestions for the collection and KB domain settings of the FOLIO platform, as well as the realization path and related problems of the integrated library cataloging in the FOLIO environment. It provide references for libraries’ deployment of the FOLIO platform and subsequent cataloging work.
