Abstract: With the increasing scale and fund proportion of electronic resources in library, electronic resources performance analysis has become an important aspect of collection analysis and input-output analysis of libraries. In this paper, the electronic resource performance evaluation system is taken as the research object, while the ERS system and Polyinfo system are analysed in the following areas, namely, the statistical data analysis source, system architecture and workflow, the main function of the system as well as the evaluation of the testing results. Combined with the testing process of Shandong University Library, this paper puts forward that the system testing needs to be promoted comprehensively and collaboratively from the aspects of ideological understanding, joint participation of departmental organizations and key disciplines. It aims to provide reference for the deploying of electronic resources performance evaluation system and to explore a scientific and efficient evaluation for domestic university libraries.
