国外公共图书馆婴幼儿早期阅读服务比较研究

Comparative Study on Early Literacy Services for Infants in Foreign Public Libraries

摘要: 选取美国、英国、加拿大和澳大利亚4 国的8 所公共图书馆,从阅读项目、阅读活动、阅
读资源、阅读战略和合作关系5 个方面进行比较分析,归纳其早期阅读服务的4 个特点。为我国公
共图书馆开展婴幼儿早期阅读提供4 点建议:合作共建区域图书馆婴幼儿系统、建设系统全面明确
的婴幼儿版块、构建线上和地方特色的婴幼儿资源、注重家庭和家长参与的婴幼儿服务。

Abstract: By selecting eight public libraries in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and
Australia, the paper summarizes four characteristics of early literacy services in foreign libraries from
five aspects: reading projects, reading activities, reading resources, reading strategies and cooperative
relationships. Four suggestions on the development of early literacy services for infants in China’s public
libraries are put forward, including collaboratively building an early literacy services’ system for infants
in regional libraries, planning early literacy’s section for infants with systematic, comprehensive and clear
characteristics, focusing more on online resources and early literacy’s resources for infants with local
characteristics, and emphasizing more on the family and parental involvement of early literacy services.
