从信息的提供者到创新的支持者：欧洲PATLIB中心网络概述、实践与特点

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在知识产权强国和创新驱动发展战略深入实施背景下，我国面临知识产权信息服务有效供给不足的现实困境。充分借鉴发达国家和地区知识产权信息公共服务体系方面的经验教训，有助于少走弯路。本研究着眼于我国知识产权信息公共服务体系建设的现实关切，系统梳理欧洲PATLIB中心发展历程和运营机制，归纳总结其特点，以期为我国知识产权信息公共服务体系建设提供借鉴。

Abstract: Under the background of the in-depth implementation of the strategy of intellectual property rights and innovation-driven development, China is faced with the realistic dilemma of insufficient effective supply of intellectual property information services. The experience and lessons in the public service system of intellectual property information in developed countries and regions can help to avoid detours. This paper focuses on the practical concerns of the construction of the public service system of intellectual property information in China, systematically sorts out the development history and operation mechanism of the European network of PATLIB center, and summarizes its characteristics, to provide reference for the construction of the public service system of intellectual property information in China.
