摘要： 基于中科院期刊分区，对2014-2018年收录的SCI期刊及其分区情况进行分析研究。通过分析期刊分区变化的原因，探讨期刊分区对期刊质量和科研成果评价的影响。分析表明，新刊、期刊学科大类的改变、期刊影响因子的变化和期刊分区规则的调整是期刊分区发生变化的主要原因。期刊分区的高低体现了期刊质量的好坏，影响着学者和机构的科研绩效评价，需要结合多种评价标准，建立一套相对完备的期刊质量评价体系。

Abstract: Based on ranking made by Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS) Library, the paper makes an analysis and study of SCI journals published in 2014-2018 and their ranking. By analyzing the causes of the change in ranking, the paper aims to explore the influence of such change on the quality of journals and the evaluation of scientific research achievements. The analysis shows that new journals, the change of journal discipline category, the change of impact factor, and the adjustment of journal ranking rules are the main reasons for the change of journal ranking. The journal ranking reflects the quality of journals and affects the evaluation of scientific research performance of scholars and institutions. Hence it is necessary to set up a relatively complete quality evaluation system of journals in combination with various evaluation criteria.
