摘要： 信息源是著录数据的来源，是著录时数据选取的依据。与原RDA相比，新RDA信息源的相关规则在概念、形式和内容方面都发生了重要变化。原RDA信息源的相关规则是针对著录数据的来源，新RDA信息源的相关规则包含在数据出处的规则中，数据出处的规则是针对元数据作品的描述，可以说是原RDA信息源规则的升级版，体现出新RDA面向关联数据应用的定位和国际化开放包容的理念。

Abstract: Source of information is a source of data from which a description is prepared. It is the basis of data selection in description. Compared with the original RDA, instructions on source of information in the new RDA have changed significantly in terms of concept, form and content. Instructions on source of information in the original RDA are for the source of the description data. Instructions on source of information in the new RDA are included in the instructions on data provenance. Instructions on data provenance are for the description of metadata work, which can be said to be an upgraded version of instructions on source of information in the original RDA. It embodies the orientation of linked data application and the concept of internationalization, openness and inclusiveness in the new RDA.
