Abstract: The nation calls for deepening corporate governance in public libraries, which clearly requires wider social participation. This paper probes into the socialization developments of public library via the practices of corporate governance in Wenzhou Library in recent seven years. It aims to provide inspirations for public library to get social support and to achieve wider society participation, while offering reference for other cultural institutions in terms of corporate governance reform.
