摘要：

从本质上分析了传统图书馆的线性结构基础及其面临的问题。针对这些问题，引入“细胞式生产”的企业
管理概念，提出要以细胞式形态为基础来创新图书馆结构，并进一步阐述了细胞式形态的特征及在图书馆结构创新
中的现实意义。

Abstract:

The author analyzes linear structure of traditional library and its problems, discusses organizational structure
innovation based on cell pattern, by incorporating the concept of “cell production”, and elaborates the characteristics and
significance of such structural innovation.
