摘要： ? 图书馆阅读推广研究的最终目的是指导图书馆实践，建立阅读推广标准就是一项对理论 研究成果的具体转化。本文分析了从图书馆行业层面构建阅读推广专门标准的重要性，梳理了现 行图书馆法律、行业规范及制度文件中的阅读推广指标，以ISO标准框架及IFLA指南文本的制定原 则为参照，探讨了我国图书馆阅读推广标准的编制体例、内容要素及框架体系设计。
Abstract: The ultimate goal of library reading promotion research is to guide library practice. The establishment of reading promotion standards is a concrete transformation of theoretical research results. This paper analyses the importance of establishing specific standards for reading promotion, and sorts out how the current library laws and documents define and standardize library reading promotion. Drawing upon the formulation principles of ISO standard framework and IFLA guidelines, it discusses the stylistic rules, content elements and frameworks of the integrated library reading promotion standards in China.
