Abstract: Systematic, standardized and institutionalized information on library operation is an important foundation and guarantee for the normal and orderly operation and sustainable development of public libraries. This paper gives a comprehensive introduction to the work information system of Shenzhen Library, focuses on the daily efforts for compiling the weekly, quarterly and annual reports, summarizes some experience of Shenzhen Library in the regard, and probes into the establishment of the information work mechanism to reflect the activities of library operation, and to promote scientific management and sustainable development of libraries
