摘要/Abstract

摘要： 公共图书馆在文旅深度融合的环境下，如何与旅游产业有机结合，促进公共图书馆服务
体系建设，做到以文养旅，以旅兴文，这势必成为公共图书馆今后发展的思路。基于此，本文提
出了“公共图书馆+民宿”模式的时代价值，并以桐庐县图书馆与民宿合作为例，论述了该模式
在建设过程中，运营模式、实施成效以及存在问题，并从“统一规范管理、开展阅读活动、挖掘
地方文化底蕴与加大政府扶持力度”4个方面，提出了改进建议，以期为文旅融合的创新发展提
供可鉴经验。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the deep integration of culture and tourism, public library should explore
the ways to support the tourism and to promote the revitalization of culture by tourism. To this purpose, the
paper puts forward the value of the “public library + home stay” model and taking the cooperation between
Tonglu County library and the home stays as an example, discusses the operation mode, the implementation
effect and the existing problems in the process. It also provides ideas for improvement from four aspects, in
the hope of providing reference for the innovative development of culture and tourism integration.
