Abstract: This paper discusses the concept and ten characteristics of “Infordemic”, including the rapidity
of transmission, the overload of information, the popularity of attention, the universality of strategy, the
dynamics of content, the trans regional nature of space, the sociality of media, the discrimination of stigma,
the indeterminability of authenticity and the harmfulness of effect.
