高校个人信息保护政策研究及启示——以2019年QS世界大学排名前100名高校为例

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高校作为教育活动的重要阵地，个人信息的收集、使用和披露发生在其日常教学管理的
各个环节，国内外许多高校都出台了个人信息保护政策，以切实保护学校及相关利益主体的隐私
权，但是目前我国大陆高校对个人信息保护问题并未十分重视。本文以最新发布的2019年QS世界
大学排名前100的高校为例，对其个人信息保护政策的内容进行了详细的阐述和剖析。本研究有
助于加强高校及个人对个人信息保护政策内涵的重视和理解，同时也为我国高校个人信息保护政
策的制定提供切实的建议和有益的启示。

Abstract: As an important venue for educational activities, colleges and universities collect, use, and
disclose personal information from every aspect of their daily teaching and management. Some universities
have introduced policies to protect personal information for the privacy rights of schools and related
stakeholders. At present, universities in mainland China do not pay much attention to the protection
of personal information. In this paper, the top 100 colleges of QS World University Rankings released
in 2019 are studied for the details regarding their personal information protection policies. This study
helps to enhance the understanding of the personal information protection policies of universities, and
also provides practical advice and useful inspiration for the formulation of such policies in Chinese
universities
