摘要： ? 以全国25所高校图书馆的评标样本为研究对象，通过分析比较评标要素的总体构成及权重差异，价格评分、技术评分和商务评分的差异性，旨在探寻一套能够对高校图书馆图书采购馆配商服务质量进行有效评价的方法，以推动高校图书馆资源建设的转型，促进文献资源建设的可持续发展。

Abstract: Taking 25 university libraries in China as the research objects, the paper analyzes the differences in overall composition and weight of bid evaluation elements, price score, technical score and business score through empirical research, with the aim to explore a set of effective evaluation criteria for book suppliers’ service quality in book purchasing and to promote the transformation of university library resources development and its sustainable development.
