摘要： 专利技术情报研究对于战略决策、科技创新都具有十分重要的指导意义。为了能够提高图情分析人员情报研究的质量和效果，论文构建了专利技术情报的分析模型，即从用户需求出发，将专利技术情报划分为宏观、中观和微观3个层次，不同的层次采用不同的分析方法和计量指标。在此基础上，总结出一套开展专利技术情报研究的规律和方法，并通过具体的研究实例，对专利技术情报分析的重点、方法以及取得的成果进行了总结，最后提出了后续工作的思考。

Abstract: The study of patent technical intelligence has important guiding significance for strategic decision and technology innovation. In order to improve the quality and effectiveness of the intelligence analysis, this paper constructs an analysis model of patent technical intelligence, which is divided into macro, meso and micro levels based on users’ needs. Different analysis methods and patent bibliometrics are used on different analysis levels, leading to a set of rules and methods for the study of patent technical intelligence. Through specific examples, it summarizes the key points and methods of the patent technical intelligence, achievements, and thoughts on follow-up work
