摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文以自我决定、技术接受模型与转换成本三个理论为基础，以百度百科为范例，对群体协作用户持续贡献行为影响因素展开实证研究。研究发现感知易用性在群体协助模式下对用户持续贡献行为产生影响，但持续贡献意愿对持续使用行为影响不显著。本文还探索了沉没成本与用户动机的关系，发现沉没成本对群体协作中用户的持续贡献意愿具有间接影响。另外，本文证明了内在动机对用户持续贡献意愿具有重要影响，而外在动机对用户持续贡献意愿影响不显著。基于得到的数据以及分析，我们为群体协作平台提供建议。

Abstract: Based on self-determination theory, technical acceptance model and switching cost theory, the empirical study is to explore what affects the continuous contribution behavior of users in Internet mass collaboration. We drew a conclusion that the perceived ease of use has an impact, whereas the intention of continuous contribution doesn’t. By exploring the relation between sunk costs and the motivation, we found the former affects the latter indirectly. Furthermore, the relation between intrinsic motivation and the intention of continuous contribution is proved, but extrinsic motivation doesn’t affect the intention obviously. In view of the data and analysis, we provide some suggestions for the network platform of mass collaboration.
