摘要： 针对云服务和大数据时代对图书馆人数据驾驭能力提出的挑战，基于ESI和InCites数据库引文分析及跟踪，构建学科区位商模型，以上海12所高校为案例，计算其ESI中22个学科在全国各学科发展中的区位商，通过构建其与入围ESI世界前1%学科之间的关系，分析研究上海高校学科结构，并进行学科集群识别，以期为学科服务、学科发展和学科布局调整提供理论依据和数据支持。

Abstract: In view of challenges facing library, in the era of cloud service and big data, to master data, the paper constructs a discipline location quotient model by means of citation analysis of ESI (Essential Science Indicators) and InCites databases. It selects 12 colleges and universities in Shanghai as an example, and calculates their discipline location quotient of 22 disciplines in ESI against the national scope. It then analyses the discipline structure and discipline cluster identification of Shanghai Universities by studying their relations with the top 1% ESI of the world, to provide a theoretical basis and data support of discipline service, discipline development and discipline adjustment.
