摘要：

图像倾斜度是图书期刊数字化中非常重要又容易被忽视的技术点，本文对民国期刊数字化转
换可允许的倾斜度进行探讨，通过标准调研，实践检验等多种方法，找出合适的倾斜度，作为民国期
刊数字化过程中的图像扫描标准和图像纠斜标准。

Abstract:

Image gradient is an important and unnoticeable technology in digitizing old periodicals. This
paper discusses the appropriate gradient in periodical digitalization, and tries to find the right one as a standard
of image scanning and processing through literature research and experimental study.
