基于关联数据的地方文献地名规范控制

摘要：

本文首先分析了目前我国图书馆实现地方文献地名规范控制的形式，指出与传统地名规范控制方法相比，利用关联数据实现地方文献地名规范控制具有概念与表达形式相分离、便于实现自动推理及可利用外部数据集等优势。其次，以BIBFRAME 2.0和Geonames本体为基础，提出基于关联数据的地方文献地名本体结构。最后，以福建省方志关联数据库构建为例，阐述了基于关联数据的地方文献地名规范控制模式。

Abstract:

This paper analyzed the implement method of the toponym authority control of local literature firstly, and considered that the toponym authority control of local literature base on linked data has several advantages such as the independence between concept and form, and the convenience of realizing the automated reasoning and utilizing the external dataset. Then this paper proposed an ontology of local literatures and toponyms which is based on BIBFRAME 2.0 and Geonames ontology. Finally, the paper took the linkdata database of chorography of Fujian province for example talking about the controlling method of the toponym authority control of local literature base on linked data.
