基于结构方程模型的移动图书馆用户体验研究——以常州大学移动图书馆为例

摘要：

随着无线通信网络性能的改善和各种移动终端的普及，移动图书馆作为新的图书馆服务方式引起了研究者们的关注。提升移动图书馆的用户体验、增强用户的使用意愿对今后移动图书馆的发展有着重要的现实意义。本文对移动图书馆用户体验的相关理论知识进行概述，并以用户体验要素模型为基础，探讨了移动图书馆用户体验模型。以常州大学移动图书馆使用者为问卷调查对象，使用结构方程模型分析了影响用户体验的主要因素，并根据相关研究结论提出提升用户体验的可行性建议，以促进高校移动图书馆事业的发展。

Abstract:

With the improvement of wireless communication network and the popularity of mobile devices, mobile library, as a new model of library service, has attracted researchers’ attention. Enhancing user experience with and willingness to use mobile library have important practical significance for the
latter’s future development. This paper introduces the theoretical knowledge of user experience on mobile library, based on the model of user experience, and discusses the user experience model of mobile library.By surveying the users of mobile library in Changzhou University using structural equation model, it analyzes the main factors that affect user experience, based on the related research conclusions. Some feasible suggestions have also been put forward to enhance user experience and promote the development of mobile library in universities.
