摘要：

本文从“长尾理论”与“众包”的基础理论出发，探讨了两者的关系，分析了图书馆业务工作中的长尾现象。继而通过SWOT分析揭示了在图书馆业务工作中基于“长尾理论”将图书馆业务工作“众包”的优势、劣势、机会、威胁，总结出SWOT矩阵。最后通过总结图书馆“众包”成功实施的案例，提出了规避图书馆因引入“众包”而出现的劣势与威胁的措施，以期能为未来国内图书馆引入“众包”做一定的参考。

Abstract:

This article discusses the relationship between “long tail” theory and “crowdsourcing”and points out the “long tail” phenomenon in the library. It then summarizes the advantage, weakness,opportunity and threat through SWOT analysis regarding the crowdsourcing of library work. It concludes
with a case study of successful crowdsourcing attempts in library so as to summarize weaknesses and threats of such measures for more success in the future.
