摘要：
我国中文书目规范控制已有几十年的时间，积累了一些经验，但仍处于初步发展阶段。在规范控制的过程中，中国的图书馆在机读格式、标目、名称附加等方面均存在共性和差异。对此，应当统一规则、加强合作，让全国同仁共同参与名称规范库的建设，推动中文书目数据和规范数据质量的提 高。

Abstract:
China has practiced bibliographic control for years, but still has large room for development. In the process of authority control, similarities and differences exist amongdomestic libraries in terms of MARC format, authorized access point, and additional components. It is concluded that uniform rules and cooperation in naming control should be taken, hence promoting the Chinese bibliographic data and authority data quality.
