With the development of the Internet, network resources are springing up in large numbers, rendering
traditional literature classification not applicable any more. The paper takes network literature as an example to
make a comparative study of traditional literature classification and network resource classification. Considering
their respective merits and problems, we propose a reasonable classification framework, based on the improvement
and optimization of Folksonomy, to classify the network literature, a reformed ontology of network literature
bibliography by means of Protégé.
