构建生命科学与医学多维指标分析评价体系模型的实证研究 ——基于ESI、自然指数和π指数联用视角

摘要: 随着越来越多评价指标的涌现,高等院校的“双一流”学科建设,正努力探索一套适用于自身学科建设与评价,具有参考和实用意义的分析指标和评价计量模式,以适应快速变化和日益膨胀的发展需求。文章以生命科学/医学等相关学科为主要研究对象,采用基于ESI、NI和 π指数等多个定量评价指标进行成果产出或影响力的归一化分析,结合更深层“暗数据”可视化信息加工和耦合研究,从不同维度和视角,构建多维指标模型进行多学科交叉的创新服务手段和应对机制,考察多维指标联合应用的可行性和合理性,归纳发展特点和核心竞争力所在,尝试提升 “双一流”学科建设中的“暗数据”可视化综合情报分析与优势互补服务能力。从过往对影响因子几乎作为唯一评价指标,到现今各研究机构都在从学术期刊级别到研究论文级别的精细化过渡,尝试建立和利用多维指标分析评价体系模型进行学科建设成效的交叉分析,以便在实际应用中寻找对 “双一流”学科建设具有参考和借鉴意义的创新分析指标和方法。

Abstract: With the emergence of more and more evaluation indexes, the author tries to explore a set of reference and practical analytical indicators and evaluation measurement models for the practical application of “dual first-class” disciplines, in order to adapt to the rapid changes and the analysis of the growing demand. This articles focuses on life science/medicine and other related disciplines as the main research object, adopts a combination of normalized output or influence index portfolio model, relies on multiple quantitative evaluation indexes such as ESI, NI and π index, and integrates with deeper “dark data” visual information processing and coupling research. From different dimensions and perspectives, the author aims to build a multi-dimensional index model to provide innovative service and build response mechanisms for multi-disciplinary cross-discipline, examine the feasibility and rationality of the joint application of multi-dimensional indicators, summarize the development characteristics and core competitiveness, and try to improve visualized comprehensive intelligence analysis of the “dark data” and its complementary advantages during the development of the “double first-class” discipline. In the past, the influence factor was almost the only evaluation index of impact factor, but now the research institutes are all transitioning from the level of academic journals to the finer level of research paper. The paper tries to build a multidimensional index evaluation system to cross-analyze the effectiveness of discipline development, so as to find innovative analysis indexes and methods that have reference value for the construction of “double first-class” disciplines in practice.
